Monique is a media, marketing, communications and technology strategist for her entertainment, media, sports, legal, education and political clients. Her expertise includes developing solutions that address critical business and organizational challenges to grow their business or meet their professional goals. Her 25 years of experience in media includes executive management positions at CBS Radio and iHeartMedia, (formerly Clear Channel).
Monique is a board member of the Minnesota Women’s Consortium and Past-President of the Minnesota Alliance for Women in Media. Monique is a 2016 MBA graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Outside of her professional career, she is passionate about her community-based research, published by the University of Minnesota’s Center for Urban and Regional Affairs (CURA). Her most recent research “Disrupting Poverty” is credited with promoting change in public policy aimed at decreasing poverty in communities of color, by providing more resources to support community-based social services agencies that serve the most vulnerable human beings.
